- The company has taken the responsibility of settling any case, if the client is absent for three consecutive days in the said case, then the company will not be responsible for the case.
- The fees charged by the company will be refunded if the company's lawyer refuses to pursue the case. Whose written information will have to be given by the client to the head office. But the client's fee will be refunded before the third day from the date of filing the case in the court, but only after deducting the expenses incurred in the document, after that no fee will be refunded.
- The company will make available the information about the status and confidentiality of its client's case only to the client, no information will be given to any other person.
- If wrong information about the company is disseminated and publicized by anyone through any medium, then legal action will be taken against him, whose full responsibility will be of the same person or organization owner.
- The area of all disputes related to the company will be district Lakhimpur Kheri, Uttar Pradesh India only.
