Civil Law

Consolidation Law

The main basis of consolidation is to collect small pieces of land belonging to the cultivators at one place. And by taking some percentage of land as contribution, it operates the consolidation process. And the use of the land taken in the contribution by the government, new checkways, barns, playgrounds, etc., reserves the land for social use. Which provides convenience to the public.

Labor Law

Labor Law is mainly made for the workers, in which there are rules and laws to be done by the concerned court to settle the dispute related to wages, salary etc. arising between the employer and the worker.

Cyber Law

Using computers and other devices with the Internet, criminal activities such as fraud, data hacking and changing the basic nature of data and publishing secret information and posting anti-social posts, etc., are called saber crimes. To control this, a provision has been made for the Saber Act 2000 and by modifying the said Act in 2008, a provision of fine or punishment or both has been made.
